Medicines in school

If your child needs to take medication, we will supervise the administration of medicines in line with our Supporting Pupils with Medical Conditions Policy.

To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask that:

• Only prescribed medicines are brought to school. These must be in-date, clearly named, and in the original packaging as dispensed by the pharmacist, including instructions for storage and use.
• A Parental Agreement for School to Administer Medicine form must be completed before we can give any medication

• All medicines must be handed in directly to the School Office. For safety reasons, children must not carry medication in their bags or pockets
