Wraparound Care

Breakfast Club

Our Breakfast Club runs daily from 7:45am – 8:40am, providing a safe and enjoyable start to the school day.

There are two separate breakfast clubs

  • Year R and Year 1 in the Community Room
  • Year 2 – Year 6 in the Infant Hall

There is a flat fee of £4.20 per session, which includes breakfast if registered by 8:15am.

There is a range of fun activities, including table tennis, LEGO, arts & crafts, and board games.  If your child attends the Junior School, they will be escorted over at 8:40 am by a Breakfast Club Supervisor.

After School Club

Our After School Club runs daily from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm. At the end of the school day, children from both Infant and Junior Schools are escorted to After School Club by members of staff.

There are two separate after-school clubs

  • Year R, Year 1 and some Y2 in the Community Room
  • Year 2 to Year 6 in the Infant Hall.

There is a flat fee of £12.75 per session, which includes food and drinks.

Children can choose from a range of activities, such as arts and crafts and indoor and outdoor play. Quiet spaces are also available for reading or homework. Although the club will be a relaxed and freer setting than during the school day, we will continue to follow our school’s Golden Code and values of Loving-kindness, Respect, and Aspiration

For emergency contact out of school office hours, the After-School Club phone number should be used.  Please let us know in writing if a different adult will be picking up your child.

Please book wraparound care through your Arbor account.

Late Collection Charge

If any child is collected from the After-School Club after 6pm, there will be an immediate charge of £8 per child, which will be added to your account.  An additional £8 per child will be charged for every half an hour that passes until your child is collected.

Exclusions

The school has the right to refuse a child a place at the Breakfast or After-School Club, if a child’s behaviour is not in line with the school’s behaviour policy.

Holiday Club

Koosa Kids (an Ofsted registered external provider) runs holiday clubs from 8:15am to 6pm at Liphook C of E Junior School. Please log onto the Koosa Kids website for more information.
